PB54 has this utopian perspective that Hawaii may not really be a part of the United States, and mongering standards here should be compared to Asia's. Last I checked the forum we have it pretty good here compared to every other city in the country. I am not aware of any relaxation or AMP being able to operate as openly in any other American city as they can here. Glass is half full to me, and let us hope we can keep it that way.
