TOFTT at Blue Sapphire on Donelson and Diamond in Madison.

Saw this one last week in BG my 1st choice up there was out of town. $1 for the hour / session as she said. Massage started out quite good. Very deep with warm oils. [I](k) Refrain, under all circumstances, from initiating, arranging for, or engaging in any sexual conduct, sexual activity, or sexualizing behavior involving a client, even if the client attempts to sexualize the relationship; and (l) Refrain, under all circumstances, from providing the following treatments, which are prohibited and not within the scope of practice for massage therapists:
1. Treatments to the anus or anal canal, including, but not limited to, colonic irrigations and enemas;. 2. Cross-gender breast massage;. 3. Treatments to the genitals.
(r) Before proceeding with a massage, explain to the client expected draping techniques and provide the client a clean drape large enough for the purpose of draping the. Buttocks and genitalia and, in the case of female clients, the breasts. Such body parts must remain covered except during therapeutic treatment of those specific areas, with the exception of the genitalia, which shall always remain covered;.[/I]
Clearly what she's doing is illegal FOR HER to do and could cost her license. Not sure how the law would look at it from a civil aspect since, according to the law, money would have to be offered in exchange for sexual favors. Now, we could argue the merits all day of whether it's illegal for the client to do themselves and I sure wouldn't want to go to court to defend myself and my only defense being "we never discussed money".
