I spoke to one of her co-workers and it turns out that Jasmine has a BF now and doesn't work there anymore. Can't really confirm myself, since I haven't been to OGD since February (when I got Jasmine's number). Since then it was closed down but I met up with her at her place about 4-5 times. She stopped responding to texts too. It's a shame, but she was probably headed down the unreliable / heavy user foxhole. From ABJ: A man was shot in the arm after an altercation in a bar Tuesday afternoon.

Akron police said officers responded to Lucky Corner Bar on West Waterloo Road and found a man shot inside of his car at about 3:30 pm Tuesday.

Police said there was a confrontation inside the bar before the shooting. The department is still working to identify the shooter, who ran after the shooting.

The 20-year-old victim was sitting inside a vehicle outside the Lucky Corner Bar in the 1300 block of W. Waterloo Road.

EMS transported him to Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center and officers said his injuries are not life-threatening.

Witnesses told police the victim, whose name is not being released, was arguing with another man inside the bar before the shooting.

I was in Akron not long ago, before our big COVID spike, and decided to take a little farewell tour since your city is so hospitable.
