Location is everything. Who's going to pay 5 k for what you find in Jacksonville? NYC, LA, SF, Vegas. Those are all high dollar markets. You'll also see the discussions about "John" behavior, Pump and Dump, etc. Want some good sex on a continuing basis? Find one that needs help fixing problems.
