I am limited to posting in my own threads. I have already previously mentioned and explained that the Admin has his own reasoning on this, and it was not a result of anything negative that I did. But, it is what it is.

I don't mind this limitation much, but it is awkward when I try to comment favorably on anyone's posts or pics from a different city. Firstly, it may be unlikely that they or anyone else in their local Forum would even see it, and secondly, those that do see it posted in my thread might wonder why that is the case, as you did.
