These Latina places need to make some changes. I don't know what's up with them but almost all if not all Latina mp's have hot looking girls but their service sucks and their rates are real high. The only Latina I liked visiting was ruby when she was at Tokyo she was cool and didn't over price her menu. My preference is Latinas but Asians do provide most of the time better service although not as good looking as Latinas. I think a lot of us mongers would agree Cherry needs to hire one.

I can't elaborate here, but it doesn't look like Cherry will be hiring anyone Latina or not full-time unless business really turns around soon.

CB is at the top of the hourly rate. Reducing the hour from 80 to 65 would be a good start.
She needs to Recruit more girls and rotate them through. She also needs to get more variety including some Brown and black girls. Her business would double if she would do these things and cherry could be more selective about the clients she sees. She should start to take on more of a Mamasan role, otherwise she is going to burnout.

I've had a lot of 1 in 1 time with her laying out her business plan and it all seems to wind up right back where we started. She doesn't have trust issues but she does have an issue with customers not having a good time and giving her establishment a bad review. So as she sees it the only way to ensure that everything is up to her standard is to do it herself.

I put a long review on Rubmaps a while ago where I reviewed a Jenny..someone did a review on a "Jenny" who is very different. Where the one I'the seen was 40-ish and of average body type this one is described as 20-25, petite. Is this a new "Jenny"?
I would also agree that she could use a couple of extra "hands", so to speak.

Customers already have complaints, they say she is to old for their tastes and that there isn't enough varieties. Also, the rates are to high. I hope she doesn't burn out or the business go need. She is the benchmark.

I believe the complaints the respondent was making reference to are those of noncustomers. Such as local residents or businesses. To authorities regarding crowds, parking, disturbances, et al. The type of complaint which forces the authorities to act it respond in some manner to demonstrate accomodation. For this paticular type of business dmaller and less visible may be beneficial as opposed to "doubling" ones business base. There seems to be a correlation between popularity and maximum traffic to ptoblems. And in the case of Victoria Oriental, perhaps location (many complaints apparently about cars parked in front of homes in the residential area adjacent to the business).

Cherry is worried about both issues. I can't speak about her neighboring businesses. It wouldn't be prudent to increases her business to the point where it causes problems. as a consumer I want a lower rate. She is at the top of the hourly rate. For 180 I can get an escort. I also want more variety. I have seen cherry scores of time. But, it become routine, At this point I would prefer another provider in her safe Clean AMP environment. Maybe hiring a variety of girls part time and having a lower rate during off hours would increase her revenue. Charge full price during prime time and less weekdays in the middle of the day.
A couple months ago I saw this ad on a Spanish classifieds book for the grand opening of Paradise Massage in Camarillo. Stopped by one Saturday afternoon, paid 25 I think for half hr with a coupon. The girl who greeted me also gave me the massage, you could tell right away she was new to this. She was ok looking not so big tits or ass that you expect from Latinas but decent. The massage was ok and on the flip she pretty much just went to business rcg, cg with dfk. That surprised me since no other providers I've had before kissed. But then again she was new to this. Tipped her 60. Now, the reason I didn't post about this little trip was because it was barely opened and this inexperienced provider made me think like this was an easy hit or miss place. Plus after she loosend up a bit she told me she didn't really like her job. I kinda felt bad but oh well. So this past weekend I decided to check this place out again see what other potential they had and to my surprise, ruby opens up the door. Yes the one from Tokyo. So it just so happens she owns this place and the one in Oxnard magic therapy. She gave me my much needed good massage plus the extras. So I was talking to her a bit after and she tells me she's aware of the recent busts. She's also aware of the service complaints posted on here. I told her about a bad experience I had at magic being rushed and she didn't like it. I don't know if she'll personally talk to her girls about it but she said to not be afraid to complain and tell the girl you paid for your 30 minutes and that's what you should get. Having to run two places might not be the best idea. I'the rather have the best providers of both places in one. But I guess this is working out for her.

I honestly don't know how most stay in business with the high leases and lessening foot traffic.
CBS business is down, like everyone else, but I don't think is in any danger of closing any time soon. In fact, I would think her customer base would be a little higher because of the internet chatter. We as walk. Ins, no matter where we go, need to operate discretely and not give neighboring businesses and private homes anything to complain about.
Anything is possible staff. Wise, especially if things pick up in the New Year and perhaps she will discover a quality, reliable Latina to provide her high. Set standards. We can only hope.
Lower prices and a wider variety of ladies wouldn't hurt, especially since the rest of the business, and the way it's run, is simply the best there is. I'the be there every week sampling the full staff if funds permitted, and I'm sure most anyone here too if that were the case.

Maybe you can speak to her about weekday early bird special. Maybe she can try it for a couple of months and see if day time traffic picks up.
