Did leave something out in last post. When I went to pickup my vechile the tow truck driver was cool and said the cop told him he was going to let me go but the place was a hot spot and a ton of condoms on the ground. Told the driver someone complained and needed to make an example out of me.

Actually, I have known several people that were transported to court on the same day for a misdemeanor arrest. However, from what was written it doesn't sound likely that they would have (or legally could have) made an arrest. Under Mass law misdemeanor offenses must be committed in an officer's presence in order for them to make an arrest (shoplifting being the only exception). So in order for them to legally make an arrest under Mass law, they would have had to overhear the agreement to pay for sex, or witness the exchange of money and the sex act. Both of which are very unlikely. What is typically done in these situations, is that the officer's will swear out a criminal complaint, which will then result in the suspect(s) being summoned into a hearing before a criminal clerk to determine whether or not there is sufficient evidence to proceed with a criminal charge. If they go forward with a criminal charge, then you will be given another court date and have an arraignment before a judge.

Harrison Ave. Has been dead the last few months, so I tried Dot. Not much to add that hasn't already been reported except for this, around 6Am today on Dot Ave, near the Dot Ave. Tavern/Stitch House saw Nicole. Nicole that use to be near the Mobil/E.Berkeley, first time in a while that I've seen her. She called me awhile ago but now her phone seems to be without minutes. As well it appears she was with a dark skinned handler. Further down near the Tedeschi/Store 24, saw a tall WSW, dirty blonde hair, all black on including knee high black boots (Love them boots on girls), average build. Whipped around to scoop her but, alas too late. One of you fellow mongers was quicker to the scoop. Any evaluations or reviews you'd like to share. Unless otherwise, very quiet for the time I was out. Late for work could'nt spare any more time. Will recon again before weeks end and report. Any see any signs of, Elise whose known in this immediate area?
