You really think cops care?
Thanks Bollob I did not even think of that. Was in the hood last week one afternoon and saw at least 10 suv LE roll in from diff angles all at once into Ramsy coming from Payson, Monroe in, and Ashton reverse. I pulled over just to see what was going on. Couldn't really tell from the angle I was at. The amazing thing to me was, once they close down the roads, some stupid shit kept driving up on the cops and making you-turns. SMH.
Some of y'all either on some old head, back in the day shit or just the scary ass lame type. Y'all still think the police give a shit about you trying to get your dick sucked? I sometimes drive by the same cops 5-6 times if I decide to slide out. WTF they going to do? What's the charge? These young boys walking around with drugs, baggies and scales in the backpacks. Possession, intent to distribute and conspiracy all in one clean sweep. And the police not fucking with them. But y'all think they wasting time fucking with you trying to get your dick sucked? Y'all need to stop with this scared ass shit. Different day and age. If you aren't getting caught in a sting or in the act of getting blown, what in the hell do you think they can charge you with? It's not illegal to drive around or have someone get in your car. SMH.
Huge selection this evening
Fairhaven. About 4 out when I passed through. One or two looked doable.
Annebel Street, Brooklyn - 2 options. I can't remember the last time I've seen a report from that side of Patapsco.
Pontiac / Washburn / Jeffrey. About 6 options, one looked decent.
Across you-Haul. About 5 options on James Street, all bunched together chatting. None looked doable.
Ashton from Westside to Triangle. About 4 options, two looked decent.
Triangle to Circle. Nothing.
Circle to South Carey - 2 options.
The above count was based on a single pass through each of those areas an hour or two after sunset. I didn't have the needed time to make a scoop, wish I did.
Here is the issue with your logic
That all may be true but most of these girls have warrants and are carrying drugs. If the cops want to, they just light you up. If she doesn't slide her drugs under your seat she'll give you up in a heartbeat just don't risk it.
1) We have this little legal document in US called the Constitution and Bill of Rights and the 4th Amendment. Which protects people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause. A SW just entering into your car is not justifiable probable cause to get pulled over.
They would have to make up an excuse like a traffic violation and risk perjury if it goes to court. Which most LE will not do for such a low charge. So even if the SW is riding dirty, nothing would stick as no probable cause was established. Funny how our laws work to protects people's rights. Right?
2) As far as the SW giving you up, well what is she giving up exactly? At this point she just got in the car, no "act" has been committed at that point. Even if you had time to discuss donation amount for an act, and they wanted to pinch you based on her words alone, they would not. It is not worth the time and effort of a prosecution.
They would have to make sure that SW would show up in court 3 months later to testify against you. These girls can't keep a phone for more then 3 days, do you really think they would show up in court later on? It just will not happen and LE knows that, they would not waste their time. Also there is the issue of them being creditable witness as they are individuals with checkered paste and addictions. Any half decent defender 1 year out of law school defending you would hone in on that. This is why they use female UC in stings, because they are a creditable witness that will show up to court.
All that you say is possible, but really not realistic. So, if you get red lighted, You keep your mouth shut, admit to nothing, do not give permission to search your car, and anything they actually do come with will not be admissible in court as it was an illegal stop.
I'm confused. What do you mean it doesn't matter what the law is? If an arrest is being made, then a law must have been broken, so yes. It does matter what the law is. This debate started with a comment about getting arrested after a SE hops in your car. Whether she hops in uninvited or you ask her to get in, there is no crime being broken from that act alone and you can't get "busted" just for that occurring. All that you say about the system is true, but you do have to break a law to get into the system. No states attorney is picking up a case and prosecuting if all they have is a cop who witnessed a girl hop in a car. It's not illegal to get in a car.
My point is this, in order for a prosecutor to accept or reject a case it must start with a report from a cop that will say you did something illegal. Most cops are good, but many for whatever reason will create some B. S. To say they have some reasonable articulable suspicion to stop you or pull up on you like let's say for like I don't know, a known street walker hoping into your car! They have the discretion to jamb you up or not. Depending on if you resist or challenge them they are going to report that you were caught with a known street walker and whatever else they can make up to justify the stop. You will be arrested charged and booked. If you are a first offender you most likely will not have to downtown. If not, you're screwed. If the Prosecutor does not have enough evidence to support the charges or if you have a lawyer to advocate for you with the prosecutor then you will walk or be downgraded otherwise you can count on going to jail. The point is this, you are presuming all law enforcement officers are honest and follow the law and I'm sure some probably are but as a deterrent, many will cause you to spend money to stay out of jail knowing the report and charges are weak at best if not outright false. If that wasn't true why are there a disproportionate number of folks locked up on some made up B. S but don't have a lawyer to advocate for them. The game is to get a first offence on you to get you in the system the next go around. Trust me on this my dude.
Sorry about a bad time, my mileage did vary
Looking for company, ran into "Bree" over near you-haul on Washington blvd. She really looked fantastic. She had a sports bra in her mid drift was there, and her skin looked flawless. She had a couple of pounds on she really looked happening. Actually, I thought it was Valerie at first. Then we start talking in the car and she reminded me that she has seen me and it finally clicks. She wouldn't put down her phone. She's a fucking around, playing all kinds of videos and shit to the point where I told her please stop that I'm trying to drive.
It gets worse. We coming to the apartment (I live alone) still won't her eyes off the phone. She says she's been out of the game for five years, that was after she already told me she was out of the game for seven years, in reality she's been out of the game a little bit, maximum of a year. She said she was locked up. I told her body looks spectacular and I would really like to see it. So she pulls her shit up, but her bra is still on which she pulls slightly down so her boobs look all kind of effed up. Then she tells me she wants 40 or 80. Then I tell her it's going to be a real short visit then, but I'll work with you. So I offered her 30 for a head date. So she begins to do some thing, and I can't tell what she's doing with her purse. Come to find out, she unwraps a condom and is trying to put it on me even though she hasn't laid a finger on me and I'm softer than cake batter.
Mind you, this is someone I've seen before and done everything every which way with. So I tell her you got to be joking me? And she says no she has a child now so she can't afford getting something.
So I told her you certainly weren't worried about that before, and you know I don't get out that much. So she freezes. She doesn't do anything but she doesn't say anything either. At that point I just said OK I guess we are done here let's go.
What a total waste of time for someone that used to be an incredibly solid date, and it looks fantastic now. YRMV. Who knows? But she was a former regular, she looks so healthy. Now I didn't even recognize her. Save your money guys, many more tremendously accommodating women out there. Don't let the looks fool you.
I had a dream a few weeks ago. I heard the same pitch asking 40-80. I smiled and said I have a Jackson for a first meeting. I would say I received lots of effort and good intention. She looked up, asked if she should swallow and did. Then asked for my number. No tip offered.
The sting and it maybe serious
Hold on if you say "you heard" fast you get yurrr.
I've found that funny.
The sting- Covid 19 cases are increasing beware including little ones are getting Covid19.
Re: Ashton St and S Pulaski St
Both pics are Abby, a familiar face to many readers here. I personally hadn't seen her for while before yesterday, but that corner is often where she's found. As per numerous previous reports here, she has a nice personality but is not the most reliable or amenable provider. I just gave her some food money, she's now looking painfully thin. She texted she's had some recent surgeries that have hollowed her out. If true (she's previously told other illness stories) I hope it goes well for her. Norm.
