More work than I would do
I was perusing the USA ads and I saw this one. The face photo looks good, but the other photos, the one of her body, didn't seem to match up. There seem to be a big difference in build, and skin tone. Did an image search and sure enough, the face pic was taken from articles about fashionable purple hair.
My thoughts are, at best, you will find yourself in a bait-and-switch situation.
Good luck out there! Stay vigilant.

New ad, same plagiarized stuff.
What's up with new providers not even using their own content. You got providers using fake pics. And now, fake descriptions! Seriously, how hard is it to just describe yourself?
This provider (http://usaadultclassifieds.nl/classifieds/index.php?view=showad&adid=92372&cityid=350) who is ironically calling herself Different, is using the same description as an escort in MALTA! (https://sexomalta.com/escortgirl/1684). I just read, 22 years old,170 cm,60 kg", and I'm thinking, why is this provider using the metric system? A quick Google search on the verbage and that came up. Seriously.
If you're going to copy, at least keep it to the sweet talk. Copying everything including the vital statistics is just pure laziness.
Anyone heard anything on Layni?
