Today I called and emailed with my P411 info, trying to set up a (short-notice) appointment, but got no response. That would not appear to be a typical LEO pattern.
Her website was up and running for a while, and she has some older (pre-Nashville) reviews on TER, and plenty of new reviews on Naughty Reviews. That's adequate verification to set up a P411 account.
She has also posted in the Naughty Reviews discussion forums, and sounds bright and normal. She says she does CIM, but spits.
So my personal opinion is she seems real, but I have not had an opportunity to meet her to verify.
