Aww yah man. Do it man do it! Hehe. As mentioned earlier, just go in there, find an open seat at the bar if you can find one. Try and sit at the front as you enter by the right side of the bar near the game machine, ATM machine and cigarette machine. When you stand outside the door, look to see if there is an open seat. That's one thing about Camelot is that you can look from the outside if there is an open seat by the bar. You don't need to physically walk in and look around for one like some of the other bars. I think you'd feel a bit awkward trying to look for an open seat and you can't find any and you end up walking out of the bar. Heh, don’t go to the booth man especially if you’re there by yourself. That is danger zone right there. This implies that you do want company and want a BG to sit with you. Once you sit at the bar, one of the bartenders will approach you asking what you want to drink. If it’s Bobbi from Camelot, she is a tall thin Korean in her 40s. She can be fun to talk to. Note that Bobbi is there normally after 7:00pm. You order a bud light drink and pull out a 20, she takes your 20 and comes back with the change. You can just leave the change on the counter near your drink. If you’re ready for another round of bud light, she will just take the money that you left on the counter to pay for the second drink.
Bobbi will know that you're new to that bar as she knows the faces of the regulars that go there. She will ask if you want something to eat and may offer pupus or just snacks like peanuts, chips and m&ms to snack on. No be shame to later offer her a drink as a sign of respect for her serving you some pupus and snacks. As you talk story with her for a while, she will ask you if you want a girl. Don't be afraid to ask her which girl you want and for her name. Or, if you don’t feel like it, you can just tell her: “No, not right now” Before, I know Bobbi tries to offer a girl to sit by me but, I keep rejecting. Heh, I just reject any girl man it don't matter how pretty the girl is. If I'm not in the mood to buy a BG a drink, I'll say no. Don't worry, Bobbi the bartender won't be sucking you for drinks as often because there will be other guys at the bar buying her drinks anyways. If you sit there all quiet and not socializing with anyone in general, I guarantee you that a BG who is not busy will spot you from a distance and then approach you.

Some girls may not be that good in socializing. That's why, if you do get stuck with these type of girls, you need to be able to lead the conversation. I'm not sure how much you’re willing to spend on drinks at a KB but, 6 x drinks in 30-45 min time-frame is not good. That's $120 already. This is getting close to an AMP fee already. Be able to keep the girl occupied by talking or even singing. By doing this, it helps slows down the next “can I get another one?” hehe

The minds of a BG is that if your friends is busy she will buy you maybe 2 drinks just to keep you there until she is free. Or she will bring a friend to you if she has a bg customer. The tricky part is you feel bad then you buy your BG a drink. Then later your BG will ask you to buy the baratended a drink. Of even the bartended will ask you to buy your BG a drink in back the girl will ask you to buy the barteneded a drink. Its always a LOSE LOSE situtaion.

My take. Usually the girls don't speak much because many of them can't speak english that well and so are self conscious about talking. At camelot, many of the k girls are actually from Cali or the mainland. You can pretty much tell by their english, some have that "valley girls" slang. I usually sit inside (I don't like cig smoke that comes in the door), at the bar near the sofa. That way I can see the girls sitting around and see which girls are coming up for air (drinks) fast. I avoid the girls that are coming up quickly, a sure sign of ROB girls.
Many of the k girls won't come up to customers sitting at the bar, they might try to sit with you if you are sitting in a booth. I asked some girls and they think that if you are sitting at the bar you are just window shopping and will go up to the girl if they wanted a girl.
If you are interested in a girl you might want to go up to her. Only the experienced girls will catch the eye contact and come up to you but many of the newer girls will just walk by you if even if you say Hi. For the non korean girls it depends, many of hustlers and so will come up to you if you are sitting at the bar.
I agree with the other poster, if you buy the girl a drink and 5 minutes later she wants another then tell her you aren't interested anymore. These girls are the hustlers, you may get some action but it will be costly. The girl figures you for a sucker and so will try to soak as much $$ from you before you wise up. Some of them also try to bring along their friend (the mama, waitress, etc.) for you to buy a drink for. They give you some lame excuse (she hasn't had a drink, or I want to help her out, etc.). While some may be worth sitting with I usually back out, I tell the girl that I won't spend money unless I'm sitting with a girl so if the girl wants me to sit with her friend I might do that (If I'm interested) but probably I won't sit with this girl again.

Yah, I know what you mean. The bar is not safe also but, at least it's a little safer than a booth. I mean for a first timer going into a KB, I don't think he or any one of us would go straight to a booth and sit there by yourself. Plus, some booths are pretty high where you won't be able to see anyone. At least at the bar, you stand a much better chance of seeing the girls especially when they come up to the counter to get their drinks.

Paid a visit to these 3 places last night. Man, Casinos wasn't happening, as expected. I didn't see Rose there. I no think I'd mind buying her a few rounds. Just took a peek in there and used the bathrooms and looked at the backrooms in there hehe. Good ah, the backrooms pretty private. Walked over to Butterflies and took a peek from the outside, we saw Dallas sitting there and sat and talked story with her. Dallas is cool to talk to and chill with. She ain't no ROB. I saw Lily(Chinese Lily) there also. Thank goodness she didn't recognize me. Hehe. Went to Camelot after-wards. While walking there, we could see a guys reflection standing by the door by Sakuras. He was standing there about to enter the screen door. Aww...yeah Who was that? One of you guys? Hehe. He probably gonna see Yuri or Chanelle I bet. Hehe. Camelot was really busy earlier because of the golf thing they had in Hawaii Kai during the day. Man.. a number of girls there was pretty wasted goodness. They were looking awfully fine also my gooshness.

You could go later in the evening and the girls may not be all that wasted. Then, on some nights, you can go there earlier and they are wasted. Of course, if nights are slow, they don't have many customers to be buying them shots. Sometimes, you may see a girl wasted but, they busy with customers at a table or they in the backroom. Maybe if you catch them before closing but, I don't know about you wanting to stay there that late though. Just because they maybe wasted, doesn't mean you'll get guaranteed action.
Be warned though that Camelot has alot of young nice looking girls and they can really hustle you for drinks. I think some guys don't go Camels because of that and that most of the girls at Camels aren't as aggressive as other older BGs at other KBs. Plus, you see Mercedes, BMWs, Lexus and even a Bentley parked in front of Camelot. Some guys get intimidated by that and feel you need deep pockets at this bar. But, nah, we don't let that intimidate us.
Member 69 previous post of Camelot is spot on. The girls at Camelot don't really approach you at the bar. Of course one will approach you eventually but, it's not as much as other KBs. They would just sit on the sofa by the Karaoke machine until mama Patty calls them to sit with a customer at a booth or go to the backrooms. Or, bartender Bobbi or Chonga will call them for you if you request one to sit with you at the bar. They know that customers who sit at the bar just want to have a beer and look. But, if you do request a girl to sit by you then, this implies to the girl that you don't mind buying her drinks and it could be many drinks. So, be prepared to hear: "Can I get another one?" every so often. If the bar is busy, don't worry, eventually a person will leave. Guys at the bar come and go.

When the girls have that look and cover their mouth, I get out of their way! I don't know how many girls got sick last night, but I saw many glasses of water going into the bathroom last night. That is also a reason I don't take drunk girls home.
Went to Cheers last night, was so dead, lots of the girls there are realllly old. When you look at their faces you can tell that the situation is not doing good. Even the mama looked very nervous. I don't think business is doing to well.

What's up with their mens bathroom? One of the toilets is all taped down and the other one the whole door is removed. You can't even take a crap if you wanted to. Unlike Camelot, you can see everyone at the bar from outside the door. You can even watch the UH game from outside the door. That's what attracts and draws people to go in.
Sasha tries to bring in new girls but, the new girls find out it's not all that busy as they have anticipated it to be. Therefore, they leave. Dammit, had 2 cute ones that could easily work in Camels but, they left.
Sorry to say this but, the bar needs a complete make over. It just has a more dismal look to it. It's hard to picture it being really busy inside. The S. Lounge sign is dark. If you read our reports carefully, you would see that sitting at the bar is pretty safe and girls usually won't approach you. The reason being is guys sitting at the bar just want to be there to drink. My advice to you was to watch from the bar and check out the girls. If you see one that suits your fancy, you can ask the bartender to send her over. Perhaps you should take that tactic instead of thinking they ignored you.

If you want to sit or meet a specific girl, simply ask the bartender "who is that in the blue dress?" or whatever she's wearing. Aww man dude I just mentioned earlier that girls at Camelot normally don't approach customers at the bar. You should have just asked the bartender to send you a girl that you was scoping out. That's how it normally goes there. Don't just sit there and wait till a girl comes up to you just like that. You waste time by doing that. On a few occasions, I sometimes see a girl approach a guy at the bar. Most times they just leave the customers alone at the bar. Besides, if a girl does approach you at the bar, she may be one that you were not interested in.
Next time, do this. When you see the bartender again, tell her: "Hey, whose that girl in the purple dress?" She'll say: "Oh, that's XXXXX. You want me to bring her over?" Tell her: "Yah, tell her come over here" By the way, if you sit with her at the booth, she may get pulled away to attend to her regular customers. Or, mama Patty may tell her to go to the backroom. This happens and you maybe sitting by the booth for so long. This happened to me also when I was with a girl at the booth. The girl I was sitting with got sent to the backroom and she had to go. If this happens to you, next! Move onto another girl that's available.
