I don't know about any agency, but I know for a fact Rie is formerly of Happiness a couple of years back.

You are the first person who reported on Sue at Sakura. And you are the one who provided me with intelligence, even though I was a newbie.

With that said, I have to disagree with your entire post. Do you think girls have nowhere else to go but DC so if we just stick to our guns, they'll surrender? There are hot girls in Atlanta. Hot girls in New York. In California. In Florida. But why don't they come to DC anymore? And when they do, why do they leave so soon?

You are being way too paranoid about "keeping prices down" and this is why we are left with either:

It's true that you can't always tell by the price when you'll have one of those great times but I am willing to pay extra for it. I'm sort of a cheapskate too or prefer to see myself as a 'value' investor. But those memories stay with you longer than the worries about a few extra $$$.

I'm not rich by any means, either. If things were normal, of course I'd pay only $160. But you'd have to be blind to tell me with the girls now that things are normal. They're not and pretty soon I'm going to have to find a job in another city if DC continues to suck (no pun intended).

As for paying extra $$$... Yeah, I'm not that rich yet LOL. I've only paid over that amount a couple of times, the most recent being for a Latina escort that had stellar reviews. It definitely was not worth it. The other time, it was worth it... But not sure if it was worth repeating.

Oh and to expand on this point, I heard the mighty US dollar has fallen incredibly so the exchange rate sucks ass. Apparently it rose a bit (though not to pre-2006 levels) so everyone is trying to send money back to Korea... Except they can't make any money.

$100 in 2000 is = $122.05 in 2007 (which is not far off from the $20 extra I suggested).

During the past decade, the price in DC has continued to remain $60 + $100.

I think that there's no way that any man will pay any girl $250 and up for their "package", it's just outrageous. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. We pay what the AMPs charge and for now that is what it has been for a while. I don't think that if we unilaterally offer to pay more that the overall quality of the girls will improve. Going to the AMPs has always been a hit and miss proposition. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose...even with the same girl. Classic case of YMMV.

I'm not sure anyone is "satisfied" with the Chinese Condo but when you look at the NOVA alternatives it is probably better than most. The girls are accomodating, it is more reliable than trolling Craigslist, it is convenient and saves us NOVA residents a commute to the District, and it is significantly less expensive than other Asian entertainment. You cannot touch any other girl for less than $250 now and that does not necessarily guarantee you anything more than one pop.

Amen Laxman#2! The unfortunate truth is that as the federal government cracks down on the industry around the country, it's going to remain risky to be in the business and risky to patronize it. Look at any big city such as Atlanta, Raleigh, D.C., New York, etc. and you will see that the history of the AMPs in these cities has been an up and down affair.

Atlanta is probably one of the best examples though. Atlanta used to have AMPs on every corner, all competing for your dollars and some staying open 24/7. One by one, the various counties that make up metro Atlanta began cracking down until now there are very few in general and far fewer "good" ones.

Honolulu is today what Atlanta was five years ago in terms of AMPs. The authorities in the City and County of Honolulu realize all too well how much their municipalities depend upon tourism, particularly from Asia and have yet to crack down seriously. So as long as the AMPs stay under the radar and are not overtly obvious to the casual eye, they stay open to practice the world's oldest profession. Those who have been there will attest that there is at least one high rise in HNL which seems to have an AMP on almost every floor.

The labor and capital in the AMP industry are both highly mobile. When things become too challenging in one city, they are quick to move to other ones. As they abandon a given city, the prices are bound to go up and the quality equally bound to go down. Market principles will dictate what they can and do charge. A particular customer and his spending at a particular AMP will have little effect on this.

I'm not a big fan of posting what you spend or get at a particular AMP. To me, learning this for yourself is part of the adventure and fun of the hobby. And I sure as hell am not interested in what turns some other hobbyist on (sorry Laxman #2, but I'm referring to your post of 12/8/08).
