I stood in the lobby for an uncomfortable 2 minutes, then turned around and left. No idea what the service level is or anything, haven't tried again.
Been there twice in the last several months.
Standard L1 service and prices. Decent experience each visit.
I also attempted to visit two additional times but it always just had a single lady working and the wait would have been 30 - 60 minutes. I just left at that point.
I did get the sense that there might be more to offer but it was just a feeling.
