Even those STG providers that published dollar amounts on their ads can be negotiated off them with the right touch. Each and every monger takes a different approach to the subject, and I find a lot of the times just a little bit of politeness and sincerity goes along way to getting a discount.
I have previously stated that based on years of experience in this area, this particular provider is asking more than the industry average. Doesn't mean you have to pay it. I'm just warning upfront that she'll ask for a higher amount, but I was able to talk her down a little bit.
