There is nothing illegal about getting a massage so if anything goes sideways that is what you are there for. Do not mention services in tandem with rates. If rates are not mentioned in an ad and she has to tell you over text then that is for the massage only. Do not mention anything else, so not discuss any other services.

Otherwise the biggest risk with an home-based incall are nosy neighbors who complain about the constant parade of men and might cause some trouble. Again, do your research and be discreet. You may want to park down the street and walk a block or two.

Do your research. If you have any questions or special requests save them for face to face convo. Don't ever talk about money in the context of services. And rule #1 is. Don't talk to the police! If they want to talk to you, understand they're doing an investigation and you're the target. They're not your friends at that point and you're not going to talk your way out of anything. All you'll do is dig the hole deeper.

Depending on your risk / reward calculus, you might consider paying a lawyer for an hour's worth of advice. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure and that will be money well spent.
