I headed out last night to check out a few SCs while visiting Detroit. A little about me-- grew up in suburbs of Detroit but moved to Atlanta over 20+ years ago. I'm still a Detroit sports fan (Anybody else pissed off that the Pistons won't get to keep their lottery pick this year? WTF!
Although Atlanta has very good SCs (anybody visit the "Gold Glub" when it was around? Getting extras in the the clubs is very hard and expensive and even more so for OTC. After going through a divorce 5 years ago, I started traveling abroad and got spoiled. Those of you that have done that know what I'm talking about. It's hard to get too excited about spending a $ or more for a quickie, when abroad you could spend that for an all-nighter- and then she'll cook you breakfast and clean your room up before she leaves. LOL. But, obviously, got to factor in the travel costs.
My preferences in girls is that of the "girl next door" look with a small flat waist, a nice ass, and nice personality with minimal makeup. I'm not too much into the silicone look and heavy makeup. When I go to SCs in Atlanta now, it's really just to "escape", but since reading this board (and having nothing else to do) I decided to see what I could find. Got to Players around 5 and stayed till shift change at 7. Free parking on the side lot and free entry. Beers $3. Smallish SC, but I like the layout where there are 4 stages circling the bar area and the girls would dance on each stage during their set. Girls were ok looking, but they seemed to have friendly personalities. Some more doable than others, but none really got my interest. One did say she offered "excellent customer service' in VIP, but didn't discuss any finances or details. I stayed until the night shift review and saw most of the day shift girls staying and no new faces that got my attention, so I left. For some reason, a bottled water was $7 when I was leaving. This club reminded me of "Oasis" in ATL.
Colliseum:
Got to Colliseum around 7:30. Absolutely no free parking nearby that I saw. Valet $7 (pay when you leave) and $10 cover. Beers $3 when I got there, but then my next beer was $7.75 and when I asked the bartender, she said that after 8 pm, beer prices go up. Can someone confirm that beer prices more than double at 8 pm? Large club but looked somewhat empty. One very long stage in the middle where 3 girls dance at the same time. Girls were better looking and nicer bodies. When they dance on stage I didn't see any smiling and acting as if they liked it, nor make eye contact. Kind of had a serious look on their faces when dancing. That would change when I went up to tip them and I would get a smile and a "thank you". Talked to a few about VIP-- one said she didn't do extras; other said BBJCIM for $ and $ for FS. Didn't partake. This club reminded me of "Cheetah" in ATL.
Heading out again tonight to some different ones and will report back.

My definition of "date" is that I didn't have to pay for sex / time, and we hung out on their off days by default. Bear in mind that 90%+ of strippers do not offer extras ITC. Sure OTC is becoming more popular, but it wasn't always true.
I can tell you that the pros were pretty good with both:
- hot, fit body.
- knew how to dress up.
- can walk in heels.
- great makeup, hair, nails.
- could drink you under the table.
However the cons didn't compensate:
- Tons of late nights (I'm an office jerk).
- Drugs / Drinking to excess.
- Questionable taste in friends.
- Rarely got that hot stripper sex you would expect. Too tired, etc.
- Drama all the time, and when it's not there, they would talk about other peoples drama.
- Terrible with money management. Those $800 nights got blown on shopping.
All women are crazy, and many have daddy issues; so being a stripper didn't affect this. The dancer who provided extras was a challenge. She promised me that she was super safe, but you never really know. Both would seem untrustworthy when they wanted to do stuff without you. That trust / paranoia / jealousy can affect any relationship, but it was harder with them.
I wouldn't recommend it as it is not an easy relationship to maintain. Ultimately I decided it's better to just have that customer / provider relationship, rather than date them.
Stopped in at Bogar'ts today for the first time. Was pretty much as I expected, similar to your average dive bar.

Since you are asking then you are probably interested in the SW hobby. The best way to help you is to suggest you read through the guides and the forum posts. Why? It does a couple of things. One, it will weed out the lazy and retarded. The lazy will just consume information and not contribute back. The retarded will rush out there and get pinch / robbed or worse. Two, safety. The SW hobby is not for the faint at heart or street stupid. You can get fucked faster than you can get a fuck. Retarded people draw attention and or get in the way. I finally get to come back to the great Detroit this afternoon. I have had one average experience at the Toy Chest (daytime) and one great experience there at night.

Tried BT's today for the first time. While the place is a little nicer the girls are not any better than the place I frequent on Ford Rd and the mixed drinks are a joke. 9.95 for koolaid, 1 drink limit here. After talking to several I spent probably an hour talking to Ebeh, 5'10" of strawberry blonde with a few tatts and a wonderful pierced tongue. I'm looking for a little advice. I have done initial research (including going back 6 months on this thread), and am trying to finalize my plan. I will be passing through the western suburbs (near DTW) in a few weeks and am looking for recommendations for a mid-afternoon SC stop. Looks like the clubs best positioned in the area I will be in are H8 North, Bogarts, Flight Club and Hot Spot.
It looks like it might be tough given time of day, but any suggestions (including lady, options and $) would be welcome and appreciated.

You will want to consider The Landing Strip in Romulus. Very close to DTW and may offer a shuttle service. I know I come across as a shill for the LS, but hands down the most consistent fun time I have had at any area SC.

Went Strip Club hopping on Friday and it was a tale of two cities. Best of times. Worst of times.
Worst of times. Went to Hustler. What a joke. I knew we were in trouble when only 3 cars were in the parking lot. We went in paid $10 cover. There were 8 customers in the whole place and about 15 girls. They were having a theme night (Super Heroes). I swear no one in the bar was over 22. I thought I had gotten lost on a childrens playground. The bartender was nice. But slow. How can a bartender be slow when there are only 8 customers in the whole building. My group was there for a good 20 minutes before a dancerapproached us. Tall Blonde cute. It was her first day. I asked where she worked before and she said Home Depot. Oh boy. We then went overpricing for dances. $ 10 to get a wristband upstairs another $50 for a room. And then $ 25 songs with no extras.
Talk about being nickeled and dimed to death. We bolted about 10 minutes later.
Best of times. We went to BTs. I knew the manager and he set us up in a nice booth by the stage. Place was pretty full. Young crowd. But looked like they were spending money. Tip several girls on the stage. However none came by our booth. Our group then decided we were just going to get drunk. Mission accomplished. Manager hooked us up for 3-1 specials all night.
I don't think I'll ever be back to Hustler. I'm truly surprised that they are open and I'm astonished on how it has fallen on hard times. Its a nice club. Just bad location. I think it would do well on 8 mile and if they modified their pricing model.
BTs is always good if you like the new girls just starting out in the trade.

[/QUOTE]Hustler's been a joke for about a year now, ever since the suits at Deja Vu, which owns Hustler, stepped in and made drastic changes. They took the doors off the VIP rooms, overhauled the pricing structure for rooms, etc. Most of the management left from what I understand, as did the contractor which handled the valet parking. (You parked you own car, right? Didn't used to be that way.) The fact that no one talks about it on the boards anymore is a big clue that no one goes there anymore.

BTs: While I have never walked away disappointed there, there are times as a new customer that you won't get approached. The first time I went in there I was approached, the girl didn't ask for services, once in the backroom asked if she could unzip me and then proceeded to give me BBBJTCCIM. The catch is that I had read a report on her and knew her going rate $100. She didn't even blink when I handed her that. That said, I have had girls negotiate with me there starting at 3 bills and girls that said they would do certain services for 1 bill and then give me lackluster service. I have also had girls that worked their asses off when mr. Johnson wasn't finishing. What I am saying is that it can be hit and miss there and the problem is you have to spend $20 just to go back to the VIP area.
Bogarts: I have had 3 good trips there and all of them were for what I want BBBJTCCIM. Each time $100 was more than enough (some guys try to negotiate to $60 or $80 and have luck. The problem is that sometimes Bogarts can be not as attractive as ladies at Flight Club.
H8. The beauty of H8 is the girls will negotiate ahead of time. Try to keep you eyes closed, however.
Last night on Cinemax there was a show about the owner of the Coliseum, it was kinda goofy but what do you expect. They interviewed a dancer named Katie (tall long brown hair), anyone know what's up with her? She's totally the type of girl I'm into feel free to I'm me if things are kept on the down low.
