What is wrong with this country in my opinion is we have way too many people who try to get by strictly on hype not talent. Often as a result those who are talented by not willing to self-promote don't get recognized. Some time ago I started a Real Deal thread because I thought we should recognize those will real talent. I still believe that. I really am not interested in listening to scrubby bubbles tell us how great she is. I told her privately and have also done so publicly. Let your clients do the talking for you. I have recommended girls here in the past and guys have followed with post after post confirming that they were the Real Deal.
