I really don't see the point of a GB for the guy, but I get why a woman would do it. I just don't feel like sharing with others and waiting for others to finish then getting sloppy seconds, (or thirds or forths or fifths etc). If mongers start refusing service from girls who think they can over price services then you will see a price reduction. Remember supply and demand, just because you can not go to the club and see your favorite girl does not mean you have to pay double the price of admission.
