Possibly, but the west coast has been a bit on the high side for years. You can get a BJ on the east coast for $20. The other factor factor is that LE has cracking down in LV, Bay area and Fresno. Just use extra caution until LE settles down.

Personally I am not all that crazy about Tijuana. If I could find the SW's I wanted in SD at a reasonable price in SD I would skip Tijuana altogether. Has anyone seen the blonde MILF that has been at the bus stop in front of the Arco station at Sepulveda and Saticoy recently?
