Some sad news for all, Maya has decided to stay in Hawaii. Even though she lives in Virginia she has decided to work in paradise. See the Honolulu reviews. She is working at Rainbow 7. The decision that ultimately comes from [i]Hiibel[/i] may play into "standard advice for mongers," but I doubt it. If you're stopped - a [i]Terry[/i] stop - the goal is not to let it escalate into a full-blown detention and arrest. This is somewhat different than the goal of limiting admissible evidence in a prosecution.

In other words, as a general rule, I would advise anyone to refuse to discuss anything with a police officer if they are stopped.
