Also the tip bottle is shared as well. I've seen some bartenders, especially the popular ones get cashed out from the previous night couple hundred easy and they often tag team with another friend they call their "sister" who temporarly takes over her functions at the bar so she can clean out the wallet of her favorite "boyfriend" and get her "sister" a drink or two. So they're rotating between bardending and host at the same time.

Good observations about how the Thai Bargirls go about things. There are all sisters and look out for each other. It is actually pretty cool how they try to take care of each other. I guess the intent of this forum is for us monger "brothers" to report back on what we are experiencing and try to look out for one another. Good or bad, we do it to help not get ripped off, but we are paying regardless.
