As I was told by the Fox. Her name is "k". Not "kay". She said that "k" stand for Korean. Interesting name, huh?

Two reasons why town bars are hurting. Have you checked out the surrounding area at night there. ?" Ghetto", homeless invasion. The other reason is town bars are shrinking. Limited selection bars you can go to.
Wow checked out the town bars and they seem to be hurting, bars in kalihi seem to be busier. Where is the action at now?

It gets old after awhile LOL.
So does Kayy. LOL Saw her this weekend at Spotlite and she was drinking with some lady. She was looking aged.

There is a really tall fence surrounding the property from Evergreen to Talent / SNS. The owners started it on Monday and finished it yesterday. Kind of reminds me of the fence surrounding OCCC. Maybe the miscreants will move in because it'll remind them of home.
Tall fence would keep the trespassers out. Anyway be careful when you walk alone there late at night. Watch your behind. Too much strangers have no business to be there.

I never thought I'd see the day when EG would be fenced-in; next trippy thing will be to see the building cleared away.
What are they going to do with that segment of Makaloa Street? Will it be eliminated like they did with the similar segment of Rycroft Street, when the Superblock was created?
Livelier than (now- and future-devastated) Kapiolani area KBs; seeing KBGs and customers from Camelot, Evergreen, S&S, etc. Waterfall-the place is going downhill: terrible KBG selections (ugly, fat, old, KBG politics), past facelifts and enhancements needing rejuvenation, no pupus, poor service; Green Tee-under new mgmt. But same old thing. 5-0-busy place but just full of really old KBGs and customers; young is 50's; good pupus.
As KB business evolves around the Kapiolani development and rising consumer prices, transitions will eventually stabilize and a period of adjustment / acclimation will occur that will be good for we consumers; the KBGs' panties are getting tighter as there is more competition for less money. Going get interesting so no spend all your money yet and soon.
Sandra and Christine from SnS is now leasing the back bar in Club Back to Vegas. They also have about 3 to 6 girls working for them. Lia is a sexy one that doesn't speak to much English, but can sing English songs well.
Also Kelly and Donna has taken over Back to Vegas (without Miji obviously). For you Mr. Quack, er Kwok Fan (all 1 of you), He is still there as a DJ only, from Wednesday to Sunday. On Monday and Tuesday, Local guy is the DJ. Manager is Craig (previously from 904).

Vegas was so slow when Kelly, Donna, Meji running the show, lack of girls was the main reason why. I doubt the place would be blooming when there is no princesses around. Don't know much about SnS mama. Heard most of her girls is at splash now. Vegas is just too big, lack of girls made the place look like a ghosttown before.
Had they ever located Miji for hauling close to a mil away?
Damn Fox is super sexy these days. I love to bang her with my big cannon.

Was contacted recently from a fellow monger regarding intel on this part time bartender / kbg. Your pm was inadvertently deleted. Would love to share information regarding her well organized business and the many boyfriends she entertains at her South street condominium.

However, responding to the above, there is probably no defined direction developer is heading; possibly a mixed-use strategy would be prudent but not very cost-effective. Anyway, maybe they going use Makaloa as one gateway ingress / egress for one park or neighborhood community center; but with the bums around no sound too good and for sure nobody going spend money for live next to one homeless enclave with businesses of ill repute close by. Going be hard and expensive for develop the place; I wouldn't buy one place over there (the maintenance fee going be sky high). Any other ideas?
