I have talked with enough providers already. The first timer thing is LE check. Doing after the deed the first time or in future visits does not mean anything is less illegal. It is just the establishment and provider know the man is not LE and risk of LE sting is not there. TS is illegal and illegal at all times at any relaxation place. We just are willing to take the risk.
