The address provided in the news report is the address of the building that contains Imperial, although it is a multi-unit building. Nirvana is at 1334 Young Street (#214). Imperial is at 1344 Young Street (#2A).

Even resorting to more sack rubbing and akua glancing than ever!
We know we gotta take care (of our providers), but now is the time to press and regulate. Just like the crappy stock market, we should be able to buy low now.
Better we return more frequently with practicing frugality, than rare visits with over-generosity. If it gets too slow or inconsistent overall, we may lose some of the better providers to some other "career" that brings them more or consistent money. Although career changes are highly unlikely if they aren't diversified (educationally), it would suck if we lose any good ones, period.
In a perfect world, it would be less than $. per session with a great massage and a HE. Pray for the day.
Anyway, bargain aggressively, hope for the best. YMMV right? Good luck!

Well Wowee, first, just make sure to be polite when asking for a tip.
Second, go to Thai Hawaiian massage. Im sure you know where it is, right? They are the "generous" people that offered me 4 hands for regular price, but then again I'm very polite and a regular, so YMMV.
Third, I'm sure most senior members will back me up on this, if you are relatively new, try very hard to reciprocate info. Give to get. Thats a golden rule here. No problem though, even if 3 out of 4 of your posts were questions.

I have been a long time hobbyist, but never knew these forums existed until yesterday. My only conclusion is "Wow". This information is so helpful. Believe me, but I could have really used it... the mistakes I've made.

The three non-residential properties listed for forfeiture to the government in that news article are 1320 Rycroft Street, 1308 Rycroft Street, and 808 Sheridan Street. Checking those three addresses against my previously posted geographic list of relaxation/massage businesses, only one of them appeared: 1320 Rycroft Street, which as you said is the location of Lavender. On the internet, the 1308 Rycroft Street property is listed as the location of a Baptist church (how ironic), and the 808 Sheridan Street property is listed as the location of several "legitimate" businesses (including a restaurant and a wedding boutique). So fortunately, it seems that no relaxation businesses other than Lavender could be affected by that forfeiture.

There is a Church almost connected to Lavender they’re so close and I parked in their, I assume, shared small parking lot on the corner. A lady pulled up and got out with some things for the Church next door, see gave that look/glance, like your mom did when she knew you were up to no good, and walked away. I have never bothered (stealth) to look for a sign for whose lot that is, I am in and out. I have my reasons I don’t park at Sam’s club and street parking is tight, not to mention the side walk on Rycroft out in the open. But the line up is worth the short dash.

Sorry, I don't recall what "used to be" at that location. Currently, the location is mauka of Club Tomorrow and makai of the Pho Saigon restaurant.
