All I'm saying is that $ seemed a little steep for a massage and handshake from them. This probably stemmed from my vain hope that the increase in in rate would be mirrored by an increase in menu.

But if that's your flavor, they're top notch. I've never seen anyone complain about the logistical side of their op. And if you meant to imply that you're getting extras, my friend is pretty jealous.

Now, I knew who I WANTED to see. My ATF, Stormy. I'd tried getting ahold of her since before noon that day, but she was either off, or super-busy, and wasn't returning calls it seemed. So. What's a lad to do? I started comparison shopping, of course! That's what had driven me to BP with such a fervor that evening why'see. I researched, called, made notes, and did my calculations on time, distance, and such to try and find my best bet. Finally. Okay, yes, I stalled a LONG time waiting for Stormy to call me back and take the decision out of my hands, but finally I decided to take up a very well reviewed lass here on her special of that weekend that she'd posted, the lovely lass, Miss Callie. So, I call Callie at around 9:30ishPM on that Saturday. To my slight surprise and elation, she answered the phone on the 2nd or 3rd ring. We talked for a few minutes, she explained that she was in the middle of trying to return a moving truck across town, but when we talked about potential schedules to meet, her ETA back home and my drive time from the Lex area to Cinci matched up within 5-10 minutes of one another. So. With a bounce in my step, we set a tentative time, with me stating that I'd call as I got close to confirm the address as my knowledge of Cinci streets is relatively bad, especially when it's dark. LOL So. Off I go. I stop by the bank and get some funds and a Google map bearing from a WiFi to approximately where she should be (knowing that she'd just moved, my previous info wasn't up to date of course). I keep driving, and driving, and after 50ish minutes of driving I make my last call as I'm driving through Florence and speak with her. She's running a little behind she tells me. I tell her no worries, and that my schedule is pretty flexible. I tell her that I'll call again after I cross the river to check in where she's at in her return trip back by then. She agrees. So. 10 more minutes, I cross the river, and I call. No one picks up, I go to VM. Oookay. Maybe she was on the other line, no prob. I drive a little bit more, and stop at an exit where I could get WiFi again to make my next attempt. Nada. K, I check texts, burn a few minutes on other things, and call again. Straight to VM. At this point I'm feeling a little bit. Haggard. I wait another few minutes, call one last time, and left a VM stating that I was disappointed in having driven so far to get the no-answer / no call-back treatment. It's one thing to blow off a potential client that's only driven 5-10 miles, but knowing that the poor sot drove over an hour to see you? I was a little perturbed. Now. To take the other side of the coin, I'll grant you, it was later in the eve, she was busy finishing up some personal business, and something might've happened that caused an issue. I understand all of that. But if there is a problem, then that problem should've been notified to me, the long-driving client. I've not spoken to her since to discuss what happened. And perhaps I will if / when I might plan to be back up there again, on other business. I don't blame her so much as the situation. But it could've been handled better. .

So. That was the START to my Grand Adventure. Having Callie ignore my calls after I crossed the river. What'd I do? Why. I went back to BP of course! *chuckle* I tried Stormy again a time or two, but still no answer. So, I called a few well-reviewed lasses from here, most of which went straight to VM as their phone were off. By this point? Yeah. It was after midnight. I tried to find someone that had either posted late, or stated that they accepted late night appointments. But it was hit and miss, with very little hits. I went through 20 or so potentials, before I got to the bottom of that Saturday ad listing, and came across Stacy's ad (from the former Summer / Stacy duo fame). I'd always envisioned seeing her, but my excellent times with Stormy and her compatriots of evolving new blood kept me very happy fairly regularly, so I'd never ventured forth. So. I call her, expecting to not speak with her, and have another VM to leave. Nope. She answered. I told her that my plans had been changed for me, and that I VERY much didn't want to go all the way home without partaking in some fine Cinci quisine. She understood, but, she was already ready for bed, and not in a good way. *chuckle* I didn't beg, or plead, but I suspect that she could hear the need deep within me, and as such agreed if I could get to her before TOO much more time passed. I sprinted to my vehicle, and headed back across the river. After some crazy direction issues thanks to revelers and road construction, it took longer than I expected to reach her. She talked me in for most the way though. Finally. She spotted my headlights, and (I've got to). I spotted hers. LOL She looked far different than her pictures, not in a bad way, but in a 'I'm not made up one bit, I'm ready to sleep for 8 hours like a normal lass' kinda way. She's very becoming, and I honestly can't say much of anything bad about our visit. She was a real trooper for putting up with me that late in the eve to be sure. So. We agree on the shorter visit so she can get back to tucking her toes into her real bed, and the fun begins. I'll be discreet, but let's just say that it was a very, very good visit. After we concluded our time. She told me that there was ample road construction, and offered me up a few alternative routes to get back to the Interstate. I thanked her, for her generosity for seeing a schlub like me so late, for her excellent service, and for her keeping my return trip out of jeopardy of running afoul of late night work crews. I seem to recall there was a light hug g'bye. And away I go. To yet another section of my damnable adventure. *sigh*

Construction. Stacy was right. There was construction where she'd said to expect it. I made some variations to my route, and was on the Interstate relatively quickly. This was now. I don't know. Near or just past 2am? I'm on the Interstate for. .3-4 minutes, when all of a sudden it turns into a TOTAL parking lot. NOOOOO one is moving. I cursed under my breath, but gave it a few minutes. 10 minutes. And I moved 10 inches I think. So. At that, I said screw it, and cut to the side to take the next ecit, like many others were at that point. I ended up in the southerly Newport / Ft Mitchell region. Somewhere. I used my wits, a crappy excuse of a Cinci map, and pure luck to try and wind my way the right direction and get back to the Interstate past whatever had mangled it. Twice I managed to find an exit along my path which could take me back down, and twice I saw nothing but red tailights as far as I could see. So. The southerly exodus continued. I finally found a route # I recognized, and I ended up sticking with that for. Oh. 20 miles or so? I ended up somewhere east of Crittenden, and then was able to make my way back to a clear (and deserted) Interstate. Just. Yeeeeeeesh. I got home close to 4AM, exhausted, satiated, and still a little frustrated at the debacles at the beginning and end of my attempted visit to Cinci. Round trip. That was 5. 5 hours for a 2 hours round trip drive, and a 38 minute bit of fun. Close to 3 hours spent either waiting for a call back that I was never to get, trying to find a replacement companion, or stuck in traffic hell. Yeah. That's a night that I shan't ever, ever forget. .

So. For those that only want the specific basics:

Callie nocallbacked me when I finally got in the Cinci area. Again, I'm sure that was due the circumstances of what she was trying to conclude. But still. .

Stacy was exceptionally gifted to me for my visit being so late, and she was an excellent lass to finally get to see. .

Cinci traffic on a Saturday evening can suck it royally and in multiple color patterns for all I care. .

But let me comment before it snowballs. First off. I'm replying to this on a phone. So bear with any auto-corrections that I don't catch. .

First off. I'd of not left home without a proposed time to meet. I called. She was in the middle of returning the rental truck. We estimated that she'd likely be done and home approximately by the time it took for me to drive up and stop by the bank along the way. We also agreed that we'd check in if there was a delay that came up. I checked in twice before I hit the river. And we were possibly running a little late. But relatively on schedule still. I crossed the river. And she didn't answer the phone after that. I'd told her before that if it wasn't going to work out. Just let me know. So. That was the biggest issue. Need to reschedule? Call the other person. I'd of been disappointed. But not wasted the time waiting for a callback. Was I thrilled that she'd answered the phone? Heck yes. I respect the opinion of those that speak highly of here here. And was looking forward to meeting her myself finally. I still think highly of her now even. I don't fault her for it not working out. Only that she didn't let me know that she was backing out or an offer of a future reschedule potential. So. Nuthin' but good things for all involved. My description of that night's events was just to share with everyone exactly what I went through that eve. *chuckle* It all worked out in the end sorta. Just not with whom I'd initially expected. As for having a backup plan. Well. I had a dozen numbers of lasses that I'd called before Miss Callie. But the few that I'd wanted to potentially see after having talked with them were occupied or done for the night. So. All's well that ends well. As I rolled the dice that Stacy would still be taking clients that late. My only request of and for Miss Callie? To please let the potential client know that she needed to cancel. That's all.
