We have seen that coming since last year. After the Super Bowl is probably the slowest period for all KBs. EG making the right choice. No sense fighting with the developers trying to prolong it.

EG also since at least the early 90's. They were Office briefly then back to EG, plus which the sign got totalled over the years anyway.

The rooms in EG were like AMPs so they booked fast. Lots of cute young ass made big bucks working there. The ones practically naked under their short skirts were proud to show off what they were working with. I used to arrange with the girl to meet before it got busy. Years ago, wasn't Evergreen called Hoban? It was a Korean restaurant I think. Of course dementia may have set in and I could be wrong. How about Club La La or Club Tomo? Again, dementia could be taking over, but wasn't Green Tea known as Hoban II? I cried when Walmart emptied that lot, must have killed about 10 bars.

Gone will be the days and KBG are scrambling for employment, since Splash and Ashleys are all booked solid, looks like Kalihi is going be flooded with those high nose KBG bringing their attitude and bad ways to a place where normally older KBG settle down.
