They're just like the pads hospitals may use. Have some tissues nearby to wipe any messy hands with.

I think Evergreen has kept their name the longest out of all the bars. No name changes in many, many years, dating back to early 2000's? I think it was The Office before it became Evergreen. When I moved here in the early 90's, I had a lot of fun there, even got blown in one of the booths! That was definitely the first of many experiences there.
