Yes, I have wondered about location for a long time. Not only does it need to be roomy and private, but also needs to be within a reasonable drive, and have plenty of parking in an area where a larger number of vehicles would be unremarkable. A downtown hotel penthouse suite would suffice, but would be a steep expense. A large rental in the country away from neighbors would be inconvenient for many to reach. I have dreamed about renting one of the long-empty commercial properties along Michigan Avenue, but the authorities likely would catch on quick. To the OP, what kind of places were these parties located?

Had a guardhouse for secure access, plenty of offices and conference rooms. The owner has long since sold it though.
