Back when I really played the BP game, there were providers always asking for a pic of me. So since I'm not willing to send out a photo of myself for a myriad of reasons, I just found a photo that was "representative" of me. I figured if over half the BP providers had fake photos, it should be ok if I have one too. So I'd keep that photo handy on my burner phone and use it. On one occasion a girl said I didn't look like the photo I sent. (since I had her ad pulled up on my phone at the time) I showed her that she didn't look like her photo either. She said it was wrong of me to "do her like that" To which I answered "likewise". Needless to say, this particular instance was my last straw with shitty BP providers. I don't even care if they have good reviews and a good price. At the end of the day, it truly isn't worth the fucking hassle. Some may find thrill in playing the game, I'm simply just too busy and way too much to lose to deal with BP provider shenanigans. Hats of to those of you STILL willing to roll the dice.

At that page you can see photos of VR and of other girls, all advertised under the same phone number. Well, which one is she? A safe bet is to assume that all photos are fake. A slightly less safe one would be to assume she is the ugliest one among those. The least safe bet is to assume she is the drop-dead gorgeous one.
But you are right that what you tried does not seem to work on the available data. I can think of several ways to fool the algorithm with free online material and software. Now I am much smarter than most BP girls; still, some of them have figured it out, too. I have repeatedly met providers with such genuine-seeming material, which means we should start being skeptical about the continuing usefulness of that tool.
