Next time get your money back or go straight to management. You don't have to go into details. Just say you sat your money down and she took it. 99% of the time they sided with the customers. I only had two of these types of issues in 25+ trips. Took my lumps like BestGuyAB the first time. Had a more seasoned veteran tell me to do what you suggested after the second time (different girl, time and place). It worked like a charm.
