First part: diet and exercise. I agree wholeheartedly with the poster about dark leafy greens. Try a low-carb diet eating only three meals a day with no snacking. Limit alcohol most days, or don't drink at all. Quit smoking. Eat clean, no processed foods, and mostly plants and good quality protein. Drop all cardio like jogging and biking and lift heavy weights instead; that'll help with testosterone. You can do HIIT once or twice a week as well (look it up if you don't know what it is.) If blood pressure is an issue the clean diet and strength training will help to drop it naturally as you lose weight. High BP (as well as the meds for it) are famous for screwing up erection performance.
The second part is to stop touching your dick for a month. Seriously, don't go near it. You pee and that's it. Do not look at porn or any nude photos. It's hard but your brain will change which is such a huge part of the ED problem for most men. I'll say it again. No porn, no stimulation, no movies, nothing. This is about mojo my friend and it will have an effect if you stick with it. After a month check in with yourself and masturbate and see if things are better. Cancelled or rescheduled appts is not a problem as long as it is not of the time of the appt. Sounds like you dodged some drama though, judging from the posts about her dad. I'd love to see her again but she's just not dependable. It's funny she's makes other guys' lists for reliability. She's anything but. But my experiences were so intensely GFE-like with her I've been tempted yet again to make another exception (she's already burned through a couple exceptions with my normally strict one strike rule for chicks who no call-no show me). Her old man storming the premises does make it tougher to justify, though.
P.S. : from what I can tell, she does only one date a day. You have to get a hold of her, confirm it and get the hell over there before someone else calls. Once she gets her daily dollars she's done. No return calls or texts. I think maybe some regulars just get priority if they happen to call or something. I've found calling any earlier than the day of with her is a fail. Thought I would relay a story of something interesting that happened today. May be nothing- decide for yourselves.
Around 11 am I starting getting the itch and starting sending iuiries to known people, but received not one response.
So around 2 ish, I took a look on backpage and saw a very attractive AA woman whom I did not recognize. She had multiple locations of West Chester, Mason, Sharonville and one other place listed. Her ad said she was running specials but did not mention prices.
So I shot her a text and asked where she was located and received an immediate response "Sharonville. " Being not new to the hobby, I sent her a text back telling her that I would not go to sharonville and suggesting she change locations.
She immediately sent a return text asking why not Sharonville? So trying to be helpful and believing she had a legitimate concern, I sent her a long list of Sharonville problems and emphasized the problems with certain motels there.
She then says a text saying she is not in a motel. This got my attention, so I sent her a text saying how is it that a brand new girl to the area is not working out of a motel / hotel situation? I asked her to send me the address and received no further response. I went back to the ad intending to attach the link to a report, but it was already gone. Unfortunately, I had already deleted the number but it was a 513 area code.
Could have been a sting- I just don't know.
