Beach is mainly a day / evening track with local girls trying to make rent for their motel rooms where they live. Most will wear normal clothes, so if you're not looking for that, they'll simply blend in. Now, you'll see some pro pussy strutting around too, looking more hoochie. Orange to Ball is the short strip, but you can sometimes find girls as far north as Crescent and as far south as the 22 fwy.

At night, the girls don't like to walk so you'll either find them at the donut shop off Orange, or by the Denny's or Chevron near Ball. Lots of the girls will sometimes actually be inside the donut shop when it gets late because LE will fuck with them. This track is super hit or miss and you really need some solid inside intel as to which girls date, but more importantly which girls are safe.

Note: You might ask why I'm posting this here since there is a Figueroa report! Well I know some people from this thread go to the Figueroa Preserve and since I've seem some comments about my uncle LEO being all over this nature preserve or legal questions! Here is my story!

So one day not to long ago, I'm visiting the area and decided to take a nature tour down Figueroa since I have never seen the scenery in that area! Decide to put my binocular but did not see any birds of interests. Decide to head back to the hotel when from the distance I see this two gorgeous young birds! Both look no more than 25! One seemed of Asian origin wearing a tutu and another of African origin very tall!

Stop on the side street and what you know both birds fly in the car! 120 for both! I said. 100 is all I have! Bang, deal is set! Look for a place to find a birdcage to feed the birds! Stopped at a Red Light when what you know, my uncle LEO pulls next to me. He takes a look in my car and after the light turns green pulls behind me and starts flashing me with his flashlight! No to be rude to my uncle, I decide to pull over. He starts questioning and when he flashes my eyes decides that I must either be high or drunk and claims to pull me over because I was swerving! SURE UNCLE! Gives me a field sobriety test and based on his "expertise" determines I must by high! Decides to let the birds go which I think is very weird! How else can he can claim other things on my! Well, takes me to the main house on 77th and continues to give me more test! Again based on his "expertise", since when my uncle is a Dr, charges me with DUI under drugs specifically meth. Which is a blessing a disguise since I don't do drugs and I did not drink that day! Also, makes it easier to explain it to family and the other person of the household! I asked to take a urine test! After two nights in the 77th street house they take to the momma's house to see a judge! Meet with my representative and she tells me that my urine test came out clean and the charges are being dismissed! Anyway I had already worked out a bail and since I'm out of state I have to pay the full amount!

While inside I hear all this crazy stories about people being brought in for the minor things even just talking to the birds with no deal being discussed! Keep in mind CA is facing a budget shortfall and the money needs to be made somehow! Be safe!

PS: MAN, still thinking of what could have been feeding those two birds! What great time that would have been!

As much as I'd like to say that female decoys are pretty easy to spot, these days, ya' just never know. Many unsuspecting "John's" think that hookers resemble that of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman and think that is what it's actually supposed to be like on the streets. Well, in some of the sting operations I've physically witnessed, that was the case. I remember a few years ago, on a Friday Night, in Costa Mesa, LE had two female decoys standing on the Corner of Sunflower IIRC, both dressed in skirts with high heels just standing there looking at cars. One of them was even sucking on a lollipop. John's would pull into the parking lot and the girls would go to the window, but would never get in. Numerous times, I would see the decoy point to a location. Some guys left, but the ones that got popped took the decoys directions and sure enough behind the buildings is where all the heavy artillery was waiting. In fact, the next day, I opened the OC Reg and on the front page of the Local section was a faint picture of the two girls standing on the corner. Of course, the faces were unrecognizable as to not blow their cover, but the story went on to discuss who and how many John's were arrested. These women were clean and, dressed too well, and just looked out of place, which was a red flag for me because I know the area and where they were being so blatant was not known as a main corner for prostitution, but John Smith on his way home from the bar sees two pretty ladies at 11 o'clock at night may make that stop.

However, recently there was a sting ran on Beach. The decoy was heavier-set, wearing casual clothing, and really looked the part of one of the locals living in the motels. Problem was, she was not walking and not getting in any cars. The local girls on Beach do not stand on street corners. They will walk the street as if they are going somewhere, sit on a bus bench or may post up at a place like the donut shop, but they will not make themselves obvious. This woman was out of place, and sure enough, the next morning's local edition had a full write-up.

I've gotten to know a few of the girls I've dated over the years and several have told me about girls that they suspected were undercover and would mingle around the true working girls on a busy night. Not necessarily to bust a random John, but to hopefully gain the trust of a real pro and perhaps get intel on pimps, drugs, and other crimes. No way to verify this, but in my "amateur" opinion, I would think a girl who looks the part that would actually mingle with the true pro's would be a criminal informant rather than a true LE, but that's just my honest opinion.

Bottom line, there are ways to minimize risk, but there is no sure-fire way to guarantee your safety. The cop check is bogus as they can do that, although it appears to be more common with a UC John touching a pro rather than a customer touching a female decoy, mainly because the decoy (as we know) will typically not get in a car. That is probably your best line of defense as they don't need or want their decoy getting mobile as it can create greater issues to where they may not be able to contain the situation. Besides, enough guys get popped by simply agreeing to a service for money from the window, or simply driving to where she tells him to meet her.

Years ago I worked retail at a shop in a strip mall on Beach Blvd, and we would watch the SW's walk the track, Back then, you could pick & choose from a large variety. They would come to our front windows, which had mirror tint, and adjust their clothing, put on makeup etc.

We would watch them do the stings, the unmarked cars would park & blend in with others in the parking lot, the decoys would talk to the john thru the drivers window, then walk around the back of the car, and place their hand on the trunk, which was the signal for vice to get 'them. One car would come block the front, the other at the rear, and they just pulled 'them in left & right. A paddy wagon was waiting in the back, and they would fill it up, several times a day.

More vice activity on Beach this afternoon. Keep that head swiveling.

I had a friend that worked for police in a city in OC. He took me on a sting operation I sat in the command car with my friend. The girls worked a well known blvd. and stood on a well known corner. Guys would drive up and talk to the girls and the girls would direct them to meet at a secondary location. If the guy drove off he was not arrested, if he went to the secondary location the black and whites moved in, arrested the John and towed his car within a matter of minutes. Not far away in a parking lot the Johns were booked and their cars impounded. The girls were wired and we could hear the conversation. NONE of the girls got in a car. Some were dressed low key, others were dressed up. The hottest girl had on a mini-skirt, stockings that ended just below her hemline and high heels, boy was I glad I wasn't out that night. If a sting is happening you can bet that not far away there is a mobile booking unit and someplace for tow trucks etc. I always look for headquarters when I suspect a sting. They can't operate without a base to stage from.

Here's some Harbor photos from last week. The shots of the BSW and WSW walking together were taken last Monday afternoon on Harbor and Trask. The pictures of the WSW were also taken during my Monday lunch break, a little north of Garden Grove Blvd. The picture of the three BSWs was taken between Lampson and Chapman on my Tuesday lunch break. The last photo of the BSW in the orange jacket was taken last Thursday as she was walking past the old Hollywood video store north of Garden Grove Blvd. Later that night around 7:30, I took the photo of the two BSWs standing on the corner of Harbor and Lampson.

Here's what I took yesterday morning between 5:00 and 6:00. The group photos of the BSWs were taken in the BK parking lot. The somewhat blurry photo of the BSW standing by herself was also taken on Harbor and 1st, outside the EPL. Finally, the pic of the cute blonde WSW was taken on the corner of Harbor and Hazard.

I almost didn't show up this morning because of the rain, but it's good to see the girls didn't take the night off. Most of these pics were once again taken in the BK parking lot between 5:00 and 6:00 this morning.
