One more lesson. All these encounters start the same way. They always say 40 for a flute lesson. You say "that's a bit high, I thought the going rate on the street is 20?" She will always counter or accept 30. If she stays at 40, you say "I only have 30" or that "I never pay more that 30 for a flute lesson". It always works for me. I never pay 40 up front. If the lesson goes long, you can always tip 10 or so. The only time it doesn't work is if you pull up in a Lexus or Mercedes. Cheers.
