To coordinate / communicate schedules, rates, and location takes thought and effort.

The ladies or their pimps in most cases can't handle that much thought and effort so it's easier to step out on the street.

Was on my way home last night at about 9. 30 pm & thought I'd swing by our favorite motel just south of Roscoe. Unfortunately, I had no success there, so decided to head home.
