Last weekend I noticed that my frequent visitor card for Sun Spa was full and that the next visit the house fee would be waived. I decided to go see the very delightful Bebe. She is awesome. She greeted me like I was a long lost lover (don’t I wish) with a big DFK.

At one point I was doing a lot of cruising through W/W and Fairhaven/Curtis Bay during the day to recon and get a feel for the place (and some other kinds of feels as well), this included some just parking and sitting for 15 minutes to see what SW traffic was like.
I bought the Baltimore Sun and opened up the real estate classified section and put it on the front seat along with an ADC mapbook. Plan was if asked by LE why I was loitering I was going to say I was checking out distressed properties as investments and was trying to get an understanding of the area.
Also, if doing the W/W area there is the St. Agnes hospital. Can say you left there and are looking for gasoline or a McDonalds. My fear has always been getting into a traffic accident and explaining to the WIFE what the fuck I was doing there.

I am now home from my DC trip, I only wish I would have had more time. You lucky guys don't know how good you have it. Thank you so much for the tips, this board was a real help.
Quickly, let me put it in perspective for you the differences for me between a Memphis AMP and your fine city. In Memphis there are two locations which have zero turnover with the girls. Each place has two to three girls, so in the whole town there are about 6 girls total and I would rate them all between a 4 and a 6. The massages are decent, but at best you can get a topless HJ with some hugging on the table. The prices are 60 + 60-140 that I have paid. Most of the time I give 100 and they ask/beg me for more.
Now for report #1 in DC. I went to Supra because I could walk to it from my hotel in Dupont Circle. It was a hot day and those stairs were a killer. When I rang the bell as I was panting, I noticed that the doorbell was exactly the same as the doors at the AMPs in Memphis! Report #2 from Supra. I went back since I had such a good time the day before, but maybe I should have taken Trashman's advice and went to CHPC. I had a good time, but not as good as with Bobbi. Had I not been there the day before maybe I would have thought it was a great time, but I compared it too much to the prior day.
Anyway this girl's name was Cherri and she was shorter, mid 20's, real B's with a pretty face. The biggest problem was the language barrier. She knew essentially no English and I had a nice time with her in every position, but I could tell we didn't have the chemistry as I did with Bobbi. One hint that I had was the day before, Bobbi was so wet with me and she said she came which I believed. Cherri had to lube up three times during our session and it was a real turnoff. I've been out of work for some time now and so has one of my (female) friends.
What we want to do is throw a party where people are charged to watch her get banged or they can pay extra to either do her in plain view of the other partygoers or privately.

Since this is a private party, are we doing anything illegal that we can get busted for? If so, is there any way around it.

Otto, there is good and bad advise in your last post.

Wrong, wrong, wrong. If you pull this stunt you can be guaranteed of a pissed off cop and much more interaction with him and his buddies than you ever wanted.
A police officer has the right to stop a person whom he suspects has or is about to commit a crime. He may ask of him his name, address, DOB, and purpose of business. He may also frisk him during this questioning for the officers own safety.
If in a vehicle the officer may check the immediate area inside the vehicle the the person had access to. Again for the officers safety.
At no time is the person under arrest. This is only an investigative stop. If through the interview process information is gained that a crime has occured or is going to occur then the person can be arrested. Miranda only applies when the person is in custody and being questioned.
No cop in his right mind is going to stop people for no reason. It isn't smart, it isn't safe, and it's against the law. If you get stopped, odds are you've done something that has aroused his interest enough to go to the trouble of stopping you.
" Ask if you are under arrest, tell him that you can't help, and that if he wants to question you further, he will have to do it with a lawyer present. Above all BE POLITE!"
Good advise but a fact of life if you lawyer up you better have a lawyer available. Cops don't like lawyers and threatening to call one isn't going to deter them. If you do get taken into custody you can make a phone call within 24 hrs. That is 24 hrs at their convience. If you get grabbed at 3am you could be allowed to make your call 11 hrs and 59 minutes later. Good luck getting a lawyer at that hour.

So if you're mongering at 3am with out of state plates in an area that you really shoudn't be in, expect to interact with LE, and you better have a good reason for being there.

Let me take a stab at this.
I'm not a lawyer, but I play one on TV!
Based on your facts, yes, it sounds like that a crafty prosecutor could muster up enough of a factual basis to bring a prostitution charge, in either D.C. or Virginia. And short of that, since this is a commercial enterprise, some kinds of charges related to running an unlicensed business, operation of a bawdy house, or the ever-popular "disorderly conduct."
But stepping back, such a plan is feasible, you've already identified the most important point, and that is keeping a sufficiently low profile that you don't attract unwanted LE attention. Take care of that, and the rest of the situation shouldn't present a problem.

Young's Spa in Georgetown, 2352 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, Washington, DC on the northern fringe of Georgetown and about 5-6 blocks down the hill from the National Cathedral - and nowhere near a Metro.
If you read back to my post of October 20, 2003 (about 65 pages behind this post!), you'll see that I had a rare, fantastic GFE experience with a young lady named Jay at Young's Spa. Unfortunately Jay left that spa a few weeks later, so I never had the pleasure of being with her again.
Stopped by Young's just over a week ago, and had a totally opposite situation, proving that having a good experience at any AMP definitely depends on the girl, and that YMMV is always the operative phrase. My experience was also confirmation of the rule of thumb that the better their English, the more likely an AMP girl will provide lousy service.
The mamasan was in the front room on the phone, so I was met at the door by a early 30-ish woman named Pepsi, meaning she is probably closer to 40. Had her hair up in an old-fashioned style, lighter brown hair with highlights, and was slightly chunky, maybe 5'4", B cup, pleasant looking but no knockout. I asked for Jay, saying that I had been with her last time I was there, and she told me that Jay was gone and that her name was Pepsi. She had a big smile and I didn't see anyone else available, so I followed her to the room.
Things went as normal at any AMP, gave the $60 house fee and immediately stripped down. The table shower was ok but uninspired. Back in the room I learned that it was only her second day on the job, that she had been a hairdresser in Northern Virginia, and that she didn't know how long she'd be working at Young's. She spoke excellent English and had been in the U.S. for 15 to 20 years. All of these turned out to be warning signs.
The massage itself was lousy and she didn't even try the soft sexy finger touch down the back and onto my balls that most AMP girls do routinely. After a short massage that featured her talking a lot in a pleasant but business-like manner, she asked me to turn over and asked "anything else?" I said "yes, everything, please hold on" and got up to pull 5 jacksons out of my wallet and lay them on the table. She looked disappointed and said "is that all? how much is that?" to which I replied "that's the usual $100." To which she said "that's not going to help me buy a new house very much" and I just shrugged my shoulders. She then excused herself and left the room.
She was gone for a long time, and as I lay there, my gut feeling told me that this wasn't going to be very good. So I got up, dressed quickly, took back 4 of the 5 jacksons (leaving $20 as tip), and walked out of the room, down the hall, unlocked the front door, and walked out. Just as I got to the front door, I heard a female voice saying "honey, honey" but ignored it and kept going.
As has been mentioned by several posters here on WSG, the newer girls recently arrived from Korea seem to give the best AMP service. This "Pepsi" clearly was in the wrong line of work. If I ever intended to go to Young's again, I might have gone to the mamasan to complain about Pepsi's uninspired performance, but I didn't bother since I'm only in DC once in a while and next time I'll just go to Downtown, Supra or CPHC instead.
One other thing - as I walked down the hallway, a girl in her early 20s, straight black hair and gorgeous, was walking with a male customer to one of the rooms. If that guy was a WSGer, sorry if I scared you. The younger girl sounded as if she spoke only a few words of English - who knows, if she had answered the door instead of Pepsi, I might have had a totally different experience.

Don't just take bad service, report it to the mgmt.
I've noticed that a few of these girls at AMPs chronically provide lacksadaisical and/or uninspired service, and sometimes they're just downright nasty.
Unfortunately customers rarely do anything about it and they prey on this.
Here are some tips that I use to stand up for myself as a consumer:
1. Don't let the mamasan shove any girl on you that either doesn't have a slutty smile or isn't to your physical liking. If they give you this "only girl available" bullspit, just leave. Always be prepared to have several AMPs lined up for your afternoon/evening of debauchery.
2. If things aren't starting off well, they probably won't finish well, e.g. her bossing you to lie down, turn over, no DATY, acting like she's doing you a favor, etc. Ask for a different girl, if they're all "busy", ask to wait, if she won't let you wait, simply state exactly what you're here for down to the most minute detail, e.g. "I want to cornhole you with a rabbit skin on, then take it off and splooge all over your bearded clam (unintercepted by hand or towel), then I want to take your hand in mine and wipe it all in."
I've even had a b!tch tell me that "100 isn't that much money", bullspit, they'll practically eat sh!t for $100, it's a matter of being a hard negotiator who's prepared to leave.
3. If you leave before any acts are committed, say you've changed your mind and ask for the house fee back. Usually they'll retrieve it to you and send you off with a dirty look.
If the "manager" comes to ask questions, just tell them what you found to be unsatisfactory, i.e. "bad service" and that they claimed not other girls were available and that you'd like to come back when someone else IS available. The talk/reasoning means nothing but they will hand over that cash as soon as they realize you're not going anywhere.
4. Even after you've paid you can still get both the tip and the house fee back. For example, you lay down your 5 Jacksons, she starts ordering you around, lubing up, saying that "suckee" is extra, or she may even be on the rag. Simply say "wait a second, you didn't tell me about ..." ... "all the other times I've been here, blah blah blah". Again, once they realize you're not leaving, they'll refund your cash.
5. You paid, you f**ked, but it sucked. Say to the girl, your attitude was piss poor, this whole thing was more of a negotiation than an actual f**k, listen I don't want to raise a big stink, just give me twenty bucks back, I'll leave and we'll call it even. This is the hardest to do but they don't want you going to the manager. Usually they'll give up the 20 but be prepared to state your case to the mgr about the bad service received and say you're willing to settle for a 20 back, no hard feelings.
100 to me is a lot of money, I never pay 60 only 40 because 20 is a lot of money too. Now most people may read this and be so financially fortunate that they can afford to blow 160 on a bad experience and move on without even blinking.
So why demand satisfaction? Because these managers need to know who's a good worker and who's a sh!tty worker. If we all stand up to these crap workers, it'll automatically QA the workers and they'll have to start shaping up or finding another line of work
