First thing the next morning, since I hadn't heard from her, I made other (work) plans. Then I heard from her and she said something like, "when are you going to be here?" Perhaps it was my fault for not following up. But it is my experience that when you have to prompt them that way, it seldom works out. So, if I don't hear from them when the ball is in their court, I leave it in their court.
