Now, I kind of stopped going as it seems to be a revolving door with their providers. I don't like playing hit or miss on new providers with my money (unless a partial refund is offered if dissatisfied). Reviews are also very subjective and I really have to find out for myself how a provider is. I don't care for that open approach up the stairs too. They seem to always lose the more popular and established providers. I kind of prefer patronizing providers that stay in Honolulu so I can build up a rapport from repeated visits and also up the YMMV ante. I've been following the providers she lost to other places such as Shiny, Michelle, Nara, Ari. Happy is never available either. I would break my rule if they can bring back knockout visiting providers like Lexi or Linda. Been starting to visit Rejuve as their providers seem to be stable but it is hard to get in for an appointment there.
