Just talked with a local Uncle at the wawa on Brook rd. "The one near mountain" I bought him coffee, they said the FBI is in town this week until Friday for a vice operation pre-holiday weekend. I asked if I should "Safely lock away all my prostitutes" he laughed, and said the streetwalkers are safe as long as their legal.

Be cautious and maybe skip the AMPs, and TGTBT ads this week.

FBI is always "in town" as well as the DEA. They have offices here. I seriously doubt they're involved in any street level crimes. Be safe.

I can run down hundreds of reasons why it is of concern. A few obvious ones could be your complexion. Some of us do have to worry about getting harassed for no reason but looking the part. Drinking and driving could be another. Getting pulled over and having an illegal or unregistered "fill in the blank" on you. Who knows maybe a undercover might be walking the street. So be cautious with something new. Pick up a girl make sure you not being followed to your spot. Just a name a few. But again I reiterate what law do you know says you can't give a stranger a ride in your car?

As long as you're texting with someone over 18, nothing explicit, there's not much they can do, especially if they just have the texts and you don't meet in person. Even if they catch you in person, it'd be tough to prove much if you're smart with your texts. Not saying they wouldn't try I guess.

Seems to me most (all) of the people they pop are in person as part of a sting / setup. Doubtful they'd venture to track down someone off a text message / the internet but I guess you never know.

Screenshots of Susanna Gibson on the website were shared with The Associated Press.

The campaign for Gibson, a Democrat running for a seat in the Virginia House of Delegates in a district just outside Richmond, issued a statement Monday in which it denounced the sharing of the videos as a violation of the law and her privacy.

Gibson called the exposure of the videos "the worst gutter politics."

"It won't intimidate me and it won't silence me," she said in the statement. "My political opponents and their Republican allies have proven they're willing to commit a sex crime to attack me and my family because there's no line they won't cross to silence women when they speak up."
