I've found that most sites lump all of New Hampshire into 1 section, which makes it nearly impossible to sort out who is near me (Tri-city area, Rochester / Dover / Somersworth), and who is too far away (Manchester / Nashua / etc). Some sites don't even list NH at all, forcing you to chose Boston (I avoid these sites, waste of time). SkipTheGames (mostly spam, with a few real ads) let's you break it down by area, as does OneBackPage (utter garbage with outdated ads most of the time). Everything else I have used over the last few years has been seized or just vanished.
This would be a good time for UsaSexGuide to entice new advertisters to use the classified ad site (hopefully it will be back online soon).
But to answer your question, I've also used:

They do display a message to let you know which providers have been active recently, but there doesn't seem to be a way to display only the recent ads.
The biggest problem with either site for those of us who live in NH is that you won't find many local advertisers, but there are quite a few ads for Massachusetts.
