This is because the management is known to turn a blind eye of the guys showing up and leaving after about 20 minutes, or 30 or an hour. If you work the front desk it doesn't take a rocket scientist to watch the cameras and figure out what is going on. If it's a mix of guys and girls it is drugs. If it is just guys it is a pay to play. The girls all talk and know who just wants the money and won't call the cops if the girl keeps it quiet and doesn't make trouble. Plus a lot of these managers will probably reduce the rate if a freebie is offered.
