It also requires that the government affirm that normal investigative procedures have been tried and failed, are reasonably unlikely to succeed if tried, or are too dangerous to employ.

Going with silent movies is an easier warrant to get, but does give some wiggle room for a savvy defense attorney.

Not sure what additional evidence the video was to provide. Maybe the girls being beaten or chained to the building? It must be hard to prove trafficking, so going after everyone for prostitution, solicitation, etc. Must be an indirect way.

So initially, it was reported that 25 were charged with trafficking, but I just read another story that says only the owner has been charged as such. The BIG evidence is that they saw her transporting women with luggage to and from the spa. I don't see how any jury convicts her based on a fridge with a couple of bagged lunches, condiments and water in it, plus luggage. They made it sound like they had tracked these women from NYC. They've got nothing. I suspect they only decided to move at all because they caught a big fish that would assure national headlines. I'd love to those charged go on the offensive and just screw that department over big time if that's all they've gotten. Put a scare into other LEos that file false trafficking charges.

I have been a few times to such places and I never talked amounts and often they didn't speak rather they tried to understand what I was interested in. One did a funny pantomime pointing to her mouth, her pussy, and moving her hand. Nobody mentioned money, surely not I.

The arrest / notice to appear and the probable cause affidavit can be viewed as a FREE PUBLIC VIEWING OF CASE INFORMATION & DOCUMENTS on the website of the Clerk and Controller of Palm Beach County...

Now that Robert Kraft has pleaded not guilty, I hope the other Brookline billionaire follows suit. Mr. Kraft very likely will be found innocent due to how evidence was collected and due process related to traffic stop. All other individuals involved should ride on their coat-tails to also having cases thrown out.

Then we can ask "where are the real traffickers?

Martin County has already stated they wrongfully charged one of the Johns & released his name. Apparently wrong Porsche as they put it. The news said another in PBC is wrongfully accused but the Sherriff didn't release his name yet. Krafts charges will not stick and I think the sheriffs departments in both counties don't like where they are at after 2 weeks. They bragged about human sex trafficking and got the one minute of national notoriety and at the end of the day. Nada, zip, zilch. Unfortunately because of this sting a lot of guys personal & professional lives are damaged.

Hopefully this is over and the guys all do a class action law suit but I'm sure they just want it over with.
