Some observations: 1. There were NO LE foot patrols; this was the first time in a very long time that I have seen an absence of LE presence on foot the entire length of the K. Is this a change others have noted or was I just hitting an odd part of the day? There were the usual heavy car patrols. 2. There was NOTHING south of Lehigh. One odd thing was that every single SW I saw was someone I had never seen before. There was a lot of "new blood" and no familiar faces. One of the many reasons I like the K is that you can make 10 mistakes and it only ads up to one similar mistake on Backpage or CL, let alone an MP.
