Picked up wsw on N ave between two busts operating on N all night. It doesn't matter weather "hobbyists" know it or not through this site or not, that LE has access to this site. About 7:00 am on September 4 I was driving south on Cicero heading to Midway (to catch a plane). Just north of 47th I spotted a WSW walking north on Cicero. About 5'6 or so. Brownish or dirty blonde hair about shoulder length. Average build--from the distance I saw her I would say B or C cup. Wearing some type of cropped top under a jacket (it was raining) and jeans. First, they can ask you a bunch of questions that you won't be able to answer. What's her name? Why did you pick up a woman in "this neighborhood" if you don't know her name? Does your wife/girlfriend/significant other know that you picked up this girl? Have you had anything to drink tonight? Are you on any medications (that might interfere with your driving)? Do you mind if I/we search your car? Do you own any firearms (are they in your car)? Do you know that you ran that last light/stop sign? Your chance to complain about lack of probable cause to stop your car comes far later in the process (if ever).

I live in the West Loop on Madison. Although the neighborhood is considered upscale etc. but Anything West of Ashland is still a questionable area. Suprisingly not alot of LE presence from Ashland east to Halsted. the yare concentrated more on Roosevelt.
