I was happy that someone brought up the question of why they still charge the women they arrest even though they refer to them as "victims". Yost had some generic response that basically dodged the question. Its going to keep getting worse in Ohio for sure.

I'd venture to say for over half of them its their first time or they rarely do it. The traffickers never get arrested because these operations don't target them, just your average joes. If they really wanted to stop it they would do actual police work instead of hiding behind a computer and waiting for the average joe to come to them for an easy misdemeanor arrest. The way they do it now is essentially a huge publicity stunt, you got to feel for the majority of the unlucky bastards ensnared in it, society gained nothing from arresting the majority of them and they have to suffer for no reason.

Anyone notice the social media comments ever since they re branded prostitution as "human trafficking?" I hate politicians but this guy is an exception, check out that Elyria councilman's facebook and the Cleveland news reports, there are random dudes accusing him of being a scumbag when in reality he was looking for an adult. If I was him I would sue the fuck out of not only them, but the police and news as well for the headlines making johns look like scumbags when in reality they are not. Too bad he was a dumbass and made statements to the police, he really could have made a difference in getting the cops to practice proper arrests and the news to publish proper headlines. I'm all for them going after actual scumbags, but this whole movement of not separating the johns from the scumbags in the news articles is asinine. there needs to be two separate articles whenever they do these operations, an article for what the johns did, and an article for the scumbags. and what these dumbasses on social media don't realize is that they have better odds of being arrested for seeing an adult hooker than veterans of this site. and then they themselves would be accused of being a scumbag because the headline reads "human trafficking." They don't read the fucking articles and educate themselves.

If that was Austintown or Independence hed have been charged, both of those places charged the guys with stuff when they called for help when the women robbed the guy. He is very very lucky. Can't see how that would hold up in court either unless she spilled the beans.

Very similar to the tactics they used in the Robert Kraft case. All the guy had to do was keep his mouth shut and take the traffic ticket. Remember- nobody talks, everybody walks.

Somebody would have to be watching the room from another room or the cctv to see which room someone came from.

Any in call location can get hot quick, mad dealer, mad John, a bored or alert hotel clerk. Most hotels will refuse or look at you very carefully if you live close. I am not sure (ok I know they can't) trespass from every hotel in City. I agree Mr lane change should have remained silent. But I have zero problems with the police, they responded to a call, investigated a crime and made a arrest. This hobby is illegal in most states, that's just the breaks.
