Most employers only check the past 7 years, but govt agencies like DOJ, NSA, Federal Reserve, do a lifetime background check. After working at the FED for 16 years, I requested a password to their system and they decided to do a background check and it was there. Caused me tons of grief. Fortunately I was able to retire within a year.
I was under the impression that pandering was pimping or otherwise being involved with helping working girls, like being their driver or security. I thought being a monger was solicitation which is a misdemeanor compared to pandering being a felony. Am I correct or misunderstanding the law?
