Did not partake but I guess spring has arrived.

Just shows I was justified in my conclusion that Wilmington is a waste of time if you're looking for quality. I'm actually not surprised that one of these got locked up. I saw her and she screamed across the parking lot for all the neighbors to hear offering her services. The gruesome scab on her lips quickly overruled the groaning from the little head and I jetted out of there. Anyway, if your in town, Wilmington might be worth just a quick run through. But out of towers need not waste time. Keep heading to bmore or philly!

I took Maryland Ave leaving the Riverfront Saturday night about 9:30. Surprising amount of action. Leggy blonde in short cutoffs and a tied up tee shirt showing off her tramp stamp by Jonnies. Had her hair up and looked good. If I wasn't with the SO I would have reconnoitered a bit deeper.

A little further up near the top of the hill was a this WOC licking an ice cream cone very suggestively and discretely waving. Looked cute in a sun dress. This one I would have carded first. A double with the blonde would have been interesting, but I don't think the SO would have understood.

Then down by the park a more standard mid 30's white girl in jeans.

The first two were a little too good to be true, but both were walking, not hanging in one place. Still.

I went by a few times, but wasn't able to get any attention (due to out-of-state plates, maybe?). There were a few ethnic girls out, both surrounded by several guys, and an old SW who was sitting at the bus stop for a while. As a Baltimoron, I'm used to a phalanx of LEO being out; you Delaware guys have it pretty good- I don't think I saw one cop in my 20 minutes of browsing.

I travel rt 13 & 40. What am I missing? Where is this action you guys are talking about? Where is the Wilmington leisurely walkway?
