And it wasn't me, just saying that you selling "private" videos are unethical and probably illegal unless you have the outright permission from the providers to be selling their content.

There have been court cases regarding video being uploaded to the internet. I think, form my recollection, the judge sided with the owner of the video. Because if you have it on your phone, you own it in a way. Which means the video can be uploaded by you and not taken down by somebody else. The act of letting somebody record with permission in the first place makes the case that it is their property after that. Just from memory, I think that was the case that was made and the person that uploaded didn't have to take down. Could vary state by state.
