In my 3 years of being in the hobby off and on I have noticed serious diminishing returns when paying more than 150 per hr. And the quality of the providers right now is pretty low with more GPS than ever. One can only hope for an improvement but I'm not sure the day will come any time soon.

The name in the ad on the website says Aleah. There's a black provider named Thalia in Cincinnati getting some positive reviews.
