You are given a lot of power over (us) civilians and with it comes a "higher standard" of ethics in how you use that power. To abuse that power violates your public trust and, in my opinion, makes you a "thug with a badge" and a fucking ass hole to boot. Many cops (and firemen) abuse there power in what seems inconsequential ways, they park where the hell they want, they use lights and sirens when not needed, and so on. If this was the extent of it, I would shrug it off, but it's not. Rather, it is the type of infraction that leads some to do shit like this, abuse a teen. Abuse drugs, same-same. Commit murder, same-same. If you know a cop who is honest with you, he will agree. But, of course, he doesn't do that. And he probably doesn't. But he damn well knows those that do. And for them not speak out, makes them an accessory.

There are two types of police: Bad cops and silent bad cops. If you're a police officer and you do not hold your fellow officers accountable for their actions, and knowingly turn a blind eye to what they do, you're no better than a bad cop who willingly abuses their power.
The funny thing about the DPD, especially the ones on the east side, a majority of them are under 5'10" and have an extreme Napoleon complex. It seems this is the profession they chose to get back at society for getting picked on in high school. Adding to all of this is that a ton of them cannot even hit the broad side of a barn with any of their weapons.

Hey guys, wanted to apologize those who contacted me after my last post. The girl I was talking about went awol.

She is off the candy and has filled out nicely.
