I would worry more about the phone number you used to contact her, than her using facial recognition to track you. Just my thoughts.

There might be other things to worry about (if you're using your real phone, for example); there are subtler things too. For example, if she reads your post, she'll pretty much know "CuriousInquir" is the guy who she had this encounter with. Now, she can go ahead and Google "CuriousInquir" to see if maybe the handle shows up other places (a lot of people use the same handle across various forums, which is pretty bad information security). She could also try to social engineer you, for example by waiting a couple of weeks and setting up a dummy account, make a few posts to get senior status, and then perhaps message you (maybe asking about a review), gaining trust, and eventually trying to get enough info to identify you.
That's how identity thieves work: one puzzle piece at a time.
